  • Immediate hand washing after each use with warm water and mild soap
  • Thorough drying with a soft, clean cloth
  • Safe storage in a knife roll or magnetic strip
  • Use of proper cutting surfaces (wood or high-grade plastic)

The Art of Knife Cleaning

Proper cleaning is an art form in itself. Start with warm water and gentle dish soap, cleaning your knife immediately after use to prevent any food residue from drying on the blade. Here's what you should NEVER do with your premium knives:

  • Place them in the dishwasher
  • leave them in a sink (This is very unsafe)
  • Soak them in water
  • Use abrasive cleaners
  • Leave them wet or unattended
